Our team includes dedicated Inside Sales Staff who contact leads within minutes and will follow up aggressively for several weeks until all buyers have been reached and we can get them working with an agent.
How Does it Work?
When your new build buyers have a home to sell, advise you have a great brokerage partner that you work closely with that will be able to help with the sale of their home. As an additional incentive, we’ll contribute $500 towards the purchase of their new build.
For those buyers that don’t turn into clients for you – you can advise that you’ll have your resale partner reach out to help them get started looking at options. You may also simply provide us with name/contact info of any buyers and our Inside Sales Team will work to reach them and get them connected with an agent on our team.
We’ll pay you a 25% referral fee for any transaction with a buyer or seller received through the partnership. For example, the typical commission to us will be 3% of the sales price – that would be $9,000 on a $300,000 purchase and 25% or $2,250 to you.
