Own NY wants to help!
The Own NY Gives Back Program is here to help the great organizations in our communities raise funds to support their important work.
Who does it help?
Any Erie County or Niagara County based non-profit organization that needs to raise money to operate is eligible.
Some examples:
-Schools
-Fire Departments
-Police Departments
-Autism Awareness
-Medical Research
-Pet Rescue
-Any Non Profit Organizations
How does it work?
Promote the partnership to your audience and for every home they buy or sell through Own NY Real Estate, we will donate up to $1000 from our commissions to your organization. Once the program is in place, we’ll create a sign up page for the partnership and you can simply have members, family, friends and supporters of your organization reach out with their contact information and name of the organization to get started. After they close on a property, we’ll send a check to your organization!
Donation Scale:
-Sales price $75,000 or below = $500 donation
-Sales price between $75,000 and $125,000 = $750 donation
-Sales price greater than $125,000 = $1,000 donation
