Nicole Paulus is one of OwnNY’s newest agents and we are so very happy to have her on board. Nicole is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has lived in Lancaster, NY for the last 20 years. Before becoming an agent, she spent 20 years traveling as an IT Sales Executive which has given her a great amount of experience in working with people as well as figuring out exactly what people need and want which is a huge piece of buying or selling a home. Nicole has been an agent since 2016. She truly enjoys working with people and helping them in buying or selling their homes in order to make their dreams a reality. One of her favorite things about being and agent is meeting new people and learning all about them.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, traveling, being outdoors, and researching and learning new things.
