The Partnership

We’re excited to partner with Open Arms Rescue of WNY – a great organization with the mission to save dogs and puppies from unwanted situations, dog pounds and shelters to place them into loving forever homes.   We’re proud to support their important work!  They are a non-profit organization funded solely on donations and fundraising, and have Federal 501c3 status.

How can you help?

For every home you buy or sell through Own NY Real Estate, we will donate up to $1000 from our commissions to Open Arms Rescue of WNY.    Be sure to tell your family and friends about the partnership so they can help support Open Arms too!

Donation Scale:

-Sales price $100000 or below = $350 donation
-Sales price between $101,00 and $250,000 = $750 donation
-Sales price greater than $250,000 = $1,000 donation
