Own NY Real Estate, a fast growing residential brokerage is looking for an Operations/Office Manager – real estate license required. This could be ideal if you need steady income but are motivated to grow it and want to get out of the field and come inside.
Ideal candidate is highly organized, tech savvy, has good people skills and some management experience. You’ll need to have good phone skills and enjoy working the phones too. Need to be a motivated self-starter who will enjoy working in a small but growing company and be driven to help the company grow.
This is a hybrid role, you’ll wear a few hats, here are some of the duties:
– Inside Sales: immediately responding to web leads and qualifying/nurturing for placement with an agent on the team.
– Sales Support: support the agents out in the field with requests as needed, contract help, appointment help, CMA help, etc.
– Manage CRM & related systems: help maintain our client database and work with agents to make sure all leads/clients are up to date across multiple systems.
– Office Mgmt: Assist broker with maintaining the office, accounting, marketing, training and management of 2 part-time Inside Sales Agents.
Base + bonus
